My role with the Glen Cameron Group primarily involves the scoping, co-ordination and ongoing management of a certain portion of IT projects for the company. I undertake a certain amount of staff training as required for these projects (ie: change of Citrix environments, use of new products, etc).I serve as an escalation point for technical issues that are unable to be solved by junior staff members within the IT Service Desk, and cover the day-to-day break\fix requirements when junior staff are unavailable.I am also the primary contact point within the business for the GPS Solution that has been rolled out to all company vehicles, and am the liaison between the business and the vendor. The company places a high priority on this solution in order to deliver value to our customers.
