I'm a curious and creative problem solver. I can't resist a puzzle and I love to learn and understand new ideas. Nothing excites me more than figuring out a riddle or unlocking a new skill. My ability to adapt and thrive in changing circumstances has helped me to hone my innate skills in communication, creative thinking and solution seeking.My roles in the education sector have included data analysis, leading and managing teams in time-driven projects, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and developing the capabilities of other staff. I have excelled in curriculum development, project coordination, policy development, compliance and planning. I am passionate about working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared strategic goals. I am an experienced educator, looking for the next chapter in my career. I have been teaching for over 16 years. In that time I have built a range of highly transferrable skills. I'm now looking for a new role to challenge me in different ways. I am interested in Learning and Development roles, Project Management opportunities, and data analysis.Outside of work I enjoy a wide range of hobbies, including performing with community theatre groups. I love to tell stories, whether through singing, acting, dance or visual arts. I enjoy tabletop role playing games, strategy games and round it out with a bit of CrossFit. Most recently, I've become a "cat-dad" to two furry agents of chaos who are just about as cuddly as they are destructive.
