Managed teams in operations, sales,accounting,human resources,customer service,facility/equipment maintenance, quality control and training.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operational readiness of 70 employees and over 45 pieces of ground equipment and three fuel storage facilities in support of providing aviation fuel, aircraft deicing and various ground handling services to private, corporate, commercial and military aircraft at Indianapolis International Airport.

Responsible for operational service readiness of flightline operations , managed commercial property and airport fuel consortium agreement for airline fuel supply. Volunteered as Quality Service Leadership (SQL Initiative) training facilatator for 125 employees, supervisors and managment staff. Managed facility maintenance department and staff.

Responsible for operational efficiency in aircraft fueling, movement and ground handling, provided scheduling,training and managed quality control records. Managed inventory and purchasing requirements. Managed projects for large aviation events and VIP arrivals. Provided oversight and leadership for the facility maintenance department.

Assigned to fightdeck of the aircraft carrier USS Constellation - CV64. Responsible for the safe movment of aircraft and personnel during launch and recovery operations.
