CurrentResponsible for all aspects of project management throughout both software development, sales and implementation life cycles including documentation (e.g. RFPs), project scope, schedules, resources, quality control, cost containment and change management. Bridge together key stakeholders such as sales, engineering and clients. Possess working knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR), collaborative computing tools, process improvement techniques, information management in healthcare, systems integration, laws and regulations relevant to assigned applications. Conduct project meetings, set and manage client expectations by escalating issues and changes when appropriate. Interface with all areas affected by the project, including internal and external client stakeholders, service organizations, vendors and implementation partners. Manage and review project deliverables and milestones for accuracy, apprises management of issues effecting project status and proposes solutions to same. Responsible for leading the Sales organization’s operations and process improvements to ensure profitable revenue growth. Support and work with company board of directors, management, sales representatives and employees across the entire organization. Accustomed to tight deadlines and time pressures relating to sales cycles and product implementation. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.Serve as Investor Relations Manager to interface with third party capital groups, investors and corporate attorneys. Drive the execution of investor relations program; prepare investor relations presentations and business plans. Instrumental in several successful capital raise efforts to meet the needs of this startup business. Manage all logistical details of on-site Annual Stockholders' Meeting, Annual Investor Conference calls and roadshows.
