Production Operator, H-Oil Unit • Oversee the routine onshore operation of H-Oil Unit, 1 of only 5 operating in the World. • Operate, Maintain, and Inspect unit equipment such as control valves, pumps, compressors, turbines, fired heaters, boilers, cooling towers, vessels, and storage tanks.• Monitor and Adjust operating equipment to ensure: Pressures, Flows, Levels, and Temperatures are within safe operating limits.• Start up, Operate, Monitor, Troubleshoot and Shut Down Process and Utility Systems as required.• Electronic Permitting Tool Super User assisted in training operators and bringing the new system online throughout the plant. • Oversee Contractor work parties, ensuring safe quality work is performed to specifications.• Maintain accurate and updated shift reports.

Supervisor/Lead Field Specialist, Subsea Dept. • Perform offshore work, specializing in deep water completions, deep water interventions, subsea landing string, deep water control systems, PLC set points, direct and electro-hydraulic systems, surface well barrier equipment, Subsea well barrier testing, and well logistics.• Maintain and rebuild offshore and down-hole tools and associated topside equipment. • Supervised all technicians, ensuring correct operation, maintenance, and installation of the SenTURIAN deep water control system for Deep Water Completion, Interventions, De-completes, and Plug and Abandon projects.• SCADA/PLC Control Operator for MUX electro-hydraulic Subsea control module. Consisting of over 24 functions controlling the subsea test tree and downhole valves, and interfacing with the production tree. • Responsible to maintain and troubleshoot the MUX control system consisting of hydraulic power units, a master control station, umbilical reels, and chemical injection for the well bore to mitigate hydrates.

Assigned to Team 4 Uniformed Pastrol Division.Conducted Law Enforcement patrols across the community to ensure adherence to the laws, issued citations, written warnings, and made physical arrests. Investigated all traffic collisions in accordance with all state and local laws and policies. Collaborated in enforcement efforts with other federal and local agencies. Appeared in court regularly to address issues regarding cases resulting from official duties. Ensured the security of residents and protected property across the city of Charleston.

• Marine Construction Consultant/Supervisor responsible for the contact proposal, the planning, estimating and execution of Force Protection Barrier Systems on United States Naval Installations.• Heavy Equipment operator worked on initial site work, laying in access roads, utilities to include water, electric, gas lines, and grading parking lots and roadways. Also has experience installing soil stabilization mats for roadways and access roads. Equipment operated includes; excavators, backhoes, loaders, skid steers, and scrapers. • Welder fabricator with experience in the fabrication of underground mine supplies, general farm equipment repairs, heavy equipment bucket repairs and new construction. Familiar with MIG and Stick welding techniques and also Gas and Plasma cutting techniques.

• Air Detachment Officer in Charge (Underwater Construction Team) responsibilities included the direct supervision of 17 personnel, maintaining 21 short tons of highly specialized equipment worth an estimated $2M, and provided the leadership to deploy worldwide autonomously with an Air Detachment to perform underwater construction missions. Conducted over 12 missions and 3 training exercises with no personnel injuries or equipment failures, and all missions were accomplished on or ahead of schedule. • Command Training Officer Responsibilities were to Plan, Perform, Coordinate, Teach, and Supervise over 9 Diving and Contingency Training Exercises, and the Indirect Supervision of 72 command personnel, and manage a budget of over $350k. Also present classroom instruction on both diving and contingency operations. Navy Mission Essential Task List (NMETL’s) and 1500.1 NCF Training Requirements skills had to be tracked and recorded to ensure the commands ability to deploy safely. We maintained an 87% skills attainment which was 5% higher than most of the Naval Construction Forces. Taught demolition operations with live fire exercises quarterly on the range to keep demolition and weapons qualifications current. Taught Convoy operations and Immediate Action procedures.

• As an Unlimited Diving Supervisor I ensured the safe conduct of diving operations utilizing SCUBA, Surface Supplied equipment and the Hyperbaric Chamber which required a complete familiarity with all diving associated publications including the USN Diving Manual. Conducted diving training with others to obtain their individual diving qualifications • Performed duties as project manager, planner and estimator in all areas of the UCT MISSION utilizing P-35 (UCT table of allowance), P-990, P-991, P-992 UCT inspection and repair techniques, UCT expedient repair, Arctic Operations manuals respectively. Planned and executed over 8 highly specialized underwater construction projects. Two of these projects were Underwater Construction Team first’s, one being a directional drilling project to terminate offshore cables through an extremely hostile surf zone. This ensured a long life expectancy for the cables. The other being a heavy timber pier system where all building materials from the pile caps down were steel and concrete encased piles. I was chosen as the project planner/manager because of my proven track record, marine construction knowledge, and ability to complete all previous projects on or ahead of schedule.• Specifically involved in Fleet mooring inspection and installation. Pier and bridge inspections and repair to concrete, wood, steel structures. Directional drilling for future cable installations, and underwater welding and cutting operations, lift bags, dredging, tunneling and jetting operations. Hydrographic survey and inspection, stabilization of underwater cable and pipe systems. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Adobe Acrobat. The previous mentioned programs were used in lesson plans, projects, exercises, reports, awards, and presentations that I taught, planned, executed, and presented.
