Holding over 12 years of work experience in the agricultural biotechnology sector, in both business operations and manufacturing. I am currently the Managing Director of MBFi North America, a company that researches, develops, manufactures, and markets its various tiers of agricultural products including: bio-stimulants, inoculants, adjuvants and green chemistries. I am driven by the mission of providing innovative and sustainable solutions for farmers and the environment, and I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, having worked in different industries and geographies. As the Managing Director of MBFi North America, I oversee the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company. I am responsible for leading and managing the key account, sales, marketing, production, and R&D teams, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and regulators. I leverage my skills in operations, key account management, and market operations to ensure that we deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
