Senior Manager
Current- Provide on-site and video product training sessions at partner call centers as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Mentor junior staff in the organization’s business processes, customer service standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Conduct regular performance appraisals for direct reports to provide feedback on their work performance
- Lead and support troubleshooting of operational issues to reduce project bottlenecks or delays
- Provide operational updates to executive team to mitigate areas of concern
