Responsible for supporting a number of applications such as HR/Payroll, Milk payment system, JBA/System 21, Reporting Tools, Document Management, Forecasting, Electronic Permit to Work.• Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution within the agreed SLA’s.• Implementing enhancements to applications defined by the Project Teams to meet business requirements.• Supplier management, day-to-day focal point for operation, functional and technical activities, including issue resolution and escalations.• Engaging and establishing strong relationships with key suppliers to deliver value and high level of service.
