Member of the Operations team for New York Life's Business Solutions department. Work with internal and external stakeholders within the small business employee benefits space. Solely manage The Business Solutions inbox covering requests for proposals, reporting requests, and time sensitive escalations. Engage in various tech initiatives including establishing an online enrollment platform, digitizing our manual quoting process and scoping out an end to end agent service portal. Cross-Trained to back-up and QA various tasks within the operations department.

• Second role in Capital One Investing's rotational programHeld multiple positions while in Capital One Investing's brokerage operation department. Worked with internal teams and our financial advisor through the review and approval of new brokerage accounts. Handled inbound account maintenance requests from our advisors and directly from clients. Cross trained in account transfers to assist with incoming ACAT and Non-ACAT transfers. Additionally, joined our wealth transfer team to assist beneficiaries and legal claimants with settling out accounts for deceased clients. Worked in direct contact with these claimants from their initial contact, through account on-boarding and transfer of funds.
