-Daily responsibilities included corresponding with clients, both new and current, and updating them on the status of their credit score. As well as informing them of any outstanding debts that need to be reconciled.-Advising clients on ways to increase their credit score through various methods, such as item disputes, opening/closing trade lines and maintaining appropriate account balances to get the most out of active trade lines.-Reading credit reports and finding negatively reporting items that are eligible for dispute and items that needed to be removed. Disputing negative items with the three major credit bureaus(Experian, Transunion and Equifax). Negotiating debt settlements with various debt collection agencies in order to get the item removed from their credit report.-Entering in data to be disputed and creating dispute templates within credit auditing software.
