Surgical Simulation and Training Sector - Co-Founding member of Viomerse and responsible for technology roadmap, product development and quality system. Originally proposed and implemented the systems architecture for the patented Augmented Reality Training System (ARTS) which was rebranded as ESIST (Education System for Instructor-less Training). Successfully developed the patented closed loop surgical training ESIST platform consisting of a Custom Augmented Reality Headset (VioVision), Artificial Intelligence Engine coupled with Gaming Engine. Deployed the Viomerse Remote Training Platform. Leading the development of the patented, in house VioVision extended reality headset and VioVision Canvas supporting Windows, Web, iOS, Android, and iPhone platforms hosted globally on AWS.

Our micro-climate is influenced by our elevation and proximity to Great Lakes Ontario and Erie.Gallery Vineyards is an estate vineyard located in the north western corner of the Finger Lakes AVA in beautiful upstate New York. Gallery Vineyards is a fusion of the art of wine making and the fine arts. We feature unique works of art on our labels for each vintage, and grape varietal.

Semiconductor Sector - Team Lead for a Next Generation RF (VHF) Power Control System (NGCS), later dubbed SuperNova. Developed next generation control system for high power RF plasma delivery system used in the semiconductor industry for wafer processing.

An equity holder in Sigma International Medical Apparatus (SIGMA), Mr. Griffith led the development of the first "ground-up" design of a smart infusion pump, now known simply as a "smart pump". This novel, next generation medical peristaltic infusion pump features a dual processor, diverse, checked redundant system level architecture. Mr. Griffith guided the development of novel, patented, linear peristaltic pumping mechanism that features a power efficiency improvement of 70 times over previous generation of pumps, and a 33% flow rate accuracy performance improvement, and obtained the FDA 510K for the class II device. The Sigma Spectrum smart infusion pump includes drug library download via PDA and/or WiFi for automatic selection of drug from drug library. The pump was named “Spectrum” because its novel pumping mechanism and advanced electronics allowed it to cover multiple infusion pump categories including LVP, PCA, and ambulatory. SIGMA was was later acquired by Baxter Healthcare in 2009. As of 2024, the Spectrum Infusion Pump is still in service, and is known as the Baxter Spectrum IQ Infusion System.

Banking Sector - Led five-person team during custom software application development for Fujitsu ATM, including integration of Identicator fingerprint software/hardware and motorized smart card reader. System included back-end accounting system required to perform daily reconciliation with banking partner. Opened software development center in Monterrey Mexico and hired over 40 software engineers. Utilized Indian Web Development company Transys (Transformation Systems) based in New Jersey, and Indian Engineers in Madras India to port Mexican payroll engine from MS Foxpro to Web.

Transportation Sector - In 1995 this company was a start-up and known as Rail Safety Engineering and was later aquired first by Battele and later aquired by TUV. Duties included implementation of mathematical simulation environment for VITAL mathematical systems using the C/C++ language. These operators were combined to form high level VITAL control algorithms and simulated in the Hyperception DSP algorithm development environment for control systems with auto-coding capabilities. Performed Quantitative Fault Tree Analysis (QFTA) based on Functional Fault Trees (FFTs) and failure data to assess mean time between potentially unsafe events.

Military Communications Sector - Was a key member of an advance project planning and execution for a multi-year, multi-million-dollar tactical radio development (AN/PRC117F). To date, over 30,000 units have been sold at $30,000 unit.

Entertainment Sector - Started entertainment industry embedded product Development Corporation. Products developed used in the production of King Kong and Jurassic Park movies to control creature and dinosaur movements. All product rights sold to MediaMation Inc. in 1994.

Simulation and Training Sector - Managed the 25-member Electronic Development Engineering and Printed Circuit Development groups chartered to perform circuit card design, embedded control system design, and test program development. Was instrumental in the management of several innovative IR&D programs, including design of animation quality video scan converters, helmet mounted displays, servo controllers for motion base subsystems, air vehicle on-board computer interfaces, and VME based I/O subsystems. Additional responsibilities included the role of cost account manager for the above IR&D programs.
