Oversee the day to day running of the Operations Department. Ensure vehicle routes are planned efficiently and monitor these routes to see where improvements can be made. Provide transport quotes for both Internal and External customers as well as arrange dedicated loads.

Oversee the day to day running of the Proof of Delivery Department to ensure all Proof of deliveries are captured and scanned onto the system. Compile reports and resolve queries on outstanding PODS.As the in-house manager I would visit customers and ensure the on site employee was maintaining the standard agreed upon with the customer. I would also resolve any issues or challenges the on-site employee might come across

Assist customers with queries and provide accurate feedback. Report team figures to upper management and compile reports for DHL Global.
