Founded this design/build firm specializing in the design and construction of church facilities. Initial actions included preparing a business plan, sales and marketing, procuring credit, and hiring a project manager and superintendents. Established strategic partnerships with architectural firms and other industry professionals. Performed project and corporate accounting as well as other executive functions. Procured sales of projects that ranged from $500,000 to $2.5 million for a new start up company that had no history or past projects on which to rely. Developed true profitability beyond total costs, including executive salary, within 12 months.

Ohio And Florida

As Project Consultant, captured sales of $2 million to $7 million in construction annually. Implemented financial feasibility, space allocation studies, design coordination, planning and zoning approvals and executed construction contracts. Promoted to District Manager of the Midwest, a separate profit center within the Corporation. Staffed, supervised and motivated all positions such as; administration, project consultants, project managers and superintendents. Full strategic planning, operating and daily management of the district. Developed marketing plans, set sales quotas, reviewed all contracts, oversaw construction and generated profit.
