Steven F. Hunter is a wellness consultant and the founder of the wellness concept 7iam. "7" denotes the chakra energy systems in the body that deal with different physiological activity which provide complete well being when in alignment. Internal Actualization through Movement is the basis of all the training programs. The 7iam focus is balance - body, mind and spirit harmony. When we practice balance we allow for active choice awareness, we are focusing on the present moment, offering our best level of participation to any situation without judgment thereby remaining upright and even. In training for any physical discipline, Steven seeks to educate the participant on three main focus points - breath integration, proper alignment and geometrical opposition. Steven shares his knowledge of mind/body unity through a variety of offerings. He brings the 7iam concept to schools, churches, hospitals, colleges, health clinics, community centers and in the home to all people. In these offerings, Steven develops a class to fit the request/need. This work is offered to groups and private 1-on-1 sessions and ranges from dance to functional strength training to self defense and motivational speaking.
