This system replaced many legacy systems in the Capital Division and tracks the life cycle of all capital projects.• Collaborated with subject matter experts across the capital division to establish the application's functionality, parameters, requirements, and specifications prior to handing off the design to the technical lead to proceed with the development of the Capital Projects Contract Book Generator (CBG), an application that automated the division's Contract Book production. It is projected that the program has enabled a 90 percent reduction in the time required to assemble a contract book.• Managed cross-departmental interactions with top management and provided oversight for user testing for the creation of various in-house applications that increased the division's digital reach. The Capital Dashboards is a web-based application that interfaces with Oracle Primavera Unifier and is designed with open-source software to offer senior management a real-time view of their project portfolios.• During the creation of the phased implementation plan to relocate and digitize an estimated 1.5 million documents from the agency's Historic Archives, discussions and meetings were held with top management and other stakeholders. The comprehensive plan comprised a workforce analysis, productivity schedule, multi-year budget plan, and physical relocation strategy. The completion of the project internally is anticipated to save more than $3 million. -
