• Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the 24 member Systems and Analysis Team, which includes supervision of the Historic Archives Unit.• As the Agency's web-based capital project management system (Oracle Primavera Unifier) Project Manager and Business Owner, I was the main point of contact with the vendor when negotiating contract services and managed all phases of the software's customization and configuration. This system replaced many legacy systems in the Capital Division and tracks the life cycle of all capital projects.• Collaborated with subject matter experts across the capital division to establish the application's functionality, parameters, requirements, and specifications prior to handing off the design to the technical lead to proceed with the development of the Capital Projects Contract Book Generator (CBG), an application that automated the division's Contract Book production. It is projected that the program has enabled a 90 percent reduction in the time required to assemble a contract book.• Managed cross-departmental interactions with top management and provided oversight for user testing for the creation of various in-house applications that increased the division's digital reach. The Capital Dashboards is a web-based application that interfaces with Oracle Primavera Unifier and is designed with open-source software to offer senior management a real-time view of their project portfolios.• During the creation of the phased implementation plan to relocate and digitize an estimated 1.5 million documents from the agency's Historic Archives, discussions and meetings were held with top management and other stakeholders. The comprehensive plan comprised a workforce analysis, productivity schedule, multi-year budget plan, and physical relocation strategy. The completion of the project internally is anticipated to save more than $3 million.

• Assist and motivate Systems and Analysis Team members to complete projects on time including last minute emergency request from other divisions of the Parks Department. • Assign and review data request, reports, map and graphics production, and presentations on work done by the Capital Division. • Oversee system upgrades, program changes and improvements for AutoCAD and GIS technology for the Capital Division. • Capital Division's CityTime Administrator during the programs initial rollout and transition from manual timecards.• Coordinate and schedule appropriate in-house and off-site training for Capital’s staff. • Review and approve CityTime timesheets and leave requests for team members. • Coordinated with the Office of Management and Budget’s IFA Unit to verify that all IFA eligible Parks employees are in the Financial Management System and conducted extensive IFA analysis and reporting from CityTime and New York City’s Financial Management System (FMS) for project time charges. • Served as the Agency liaison with the Office of Management and Budget on the Asset Information Management System (AIMS).
