Forecast Manager
CurrentManage forecasts for three business teams and oversee planning in three facilities.• Integrated three different acquisitions into the forecasting and planning systems. Train and supervise key personnel in ERP and forecasting. • Work with sales force and senior management to produce and track yearly sales budget. Sales force held accountable to budget through S&OP process.• Work to establish S&OP process. Responsible for conducting monthly meetings.• Team leader in selecting forecasting system to integrate with our ERP system. Led team through three major upgrades.• Forecast and maintain 72,000 series and 200 customers.• Responsible for 25,000 inventory series and their planning across three manufacturing centers.• Facilitate S&OP meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis. Responsible for preparing all S&OP related materials.• Lead team in integrating three different acquisitions into our ERP systems and S&OP process.• Lead team in picking new forecasting and inventory planning software.• Solve daily software and user issues for our four facilities.
