Late claims had previously cost the business over €100k annually.- Trained colleagues in advanced Excel, SQL, MATLAB, and VBA based programming to upskill them in their roles, providing greater flexibility and improved performance.

Completed multiple placements within Delphi as part of the Graduate Engineer program.Project Engineering:- Worked within a multi-site, multi-disciplinary team to analyse opportunities for improvement of the current product. The project had high customer focus.- Managed non-standard production parts through the factory, ensuring parts adhered to various specifications, had key data recorded and were delivered to a consistently tight schedule.- Deputised for the lead project engineer when required, facilitating meetings and updating and tracking the latest action list.Continuous Improvement:- Developed VBA and SQL based production analysers for data reporting and data visualisation. - Met daily and ad-hoc reporting requirements to provide up to date information to internal departments.- Hands-on root cause analysis using Shainin problem solving methodologies.- Designed and developed KPI dashboards to monitor critical processes and product data trends. 12 month industrial work placement. I was responsible for a project to implement new company software to manage training requirements across two sites totalling around 300 employees.As part of the University course I worked towards the Diploma of Industrial Studies (DIS) while on the industrial placement. I wrote quarterly reports, a summary of personal development for the year, as well as a dissertation on my company project and presented this to my department at the conclusion of the placement.
