Achieved a 97% “good or excellent” rating from patients in the first year and a 21% YTD EBITDA in year 2.Led a strategic planning and restructuring process that doubled volume in six months by partnering with United Surgical Partners and Memorial Hermann Health Systems bringing resources of a national management company and a portfolio of favorable insurance payor contracts.
