I am a senior associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, based out of our Calgary office. I take a client centered approached to my practice and have obtained successful results in actions before all levels of courts in Alberta and the Court of King's Bench of Saskatchewan. I maintain a varied litigation practice that includes corporate, commercial and civil litigation matters. Among other areas, I have an array of experience in the construction, insurance, and energy industries. In addition, I maintain a practice in the financial services sector where I have worked on behalf of large financial institutions in defending against fraud, breach of contract, negligence, and other matters where litigation and subsequent financial risk are involved.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University (MI), where I was a member of the varsity baseball team. I received my Juris Doctor (with Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan and am a proud supporter of Huskie Athletics. I am a volunteer with the Pro Bono Duty Counsel project at the Provincial Court (Civil) and with the Pro Bono Amicus project at Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
