I work on a range of communications activities within the Student Recruitment & Admissions Office at the University of Bath. This includes communicating with prospective students via social media, a Student Blog, and The Student Room. I have been involved in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and for coordinating the University's Confirmation and Clearing Call Centre.

I was responsible for the management of undergraduate application enquiries, as well as for a range of other communications activities.

I worked to recruit sales professionals on behalf of a range of global organisations within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector.

I worked to recruit education professionals within Health and Social Care on behaf of HE colleges and private education providers.
