As Nelson Mandela said “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” and “It is in your hands, to make a better world for all who live in it.” . I aspire to being a competent and confident servant leader who inspires those I lead and interact with to make a positive difference to the society we live in. Looking to work with passionate and proactive people, I know tremendous success can be achieved using utmost care, proactive measures, proper execution and teamwork. I have led an organisation from inception to being acquired by a listed company, and turned around a huge loss making operation returning it to profitability within 12 months. I have occupied COO and CFO roles within organisations and have developed excellent skills to do both roles.My current role is to take care of all stakeholders within a bespoke retirement living environment. My desire is to empower all stakeholders. Whether this is maximizing shareholder wealth, promoting customer satisfaction, mentoring staff, taking fantastic care of those in need or something entirely different, this is done with the utmost attention to detail, treating all problems separately and all individuals differently in accordance with their abilities, needs and interests.
