- Lubricants Supply Chain: Accountable for integrated supply performance and efficiency (especially customer OTIF, inventory levels, manufacturing reliability and component costing) to ensure that agreed service levels are met at minimal cost.- Accountable to manage the contractual agreements and the SLA with 3rd party manufacturing/joint venture.

Responsible for a team of planners optimising and managing key supply chain processes, particularly the optimisation of finished goods production across the national SAB Ltd grid (7 manufacturing plants) in order to drive lowest production cost, distribution cost and working capital cost management, without compromising customer service levels, quality and systems cost.

- Perform production planning activities for selected manufacturing plants with a clear understanding and appreciation of system costs (stock, distribution & returns) and the operations impact of production planning.- Setting, monitoring and reacting to manufacturing level production plans over the capacity horizon.- Approvals of production plans, line overhauls, shift configuration, over time and idle time, etc.- Support the improvement plant efficiencies through continuous review of batch, change over and scheduling strategies.

Running time-series, statistical sales forecasts and editing these in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to incorporate event-driven demand forecasting and other sources of market intelligence.
