The department facilitates all collection duties, acquisition and sale of repossessions, foreclosed properties, while also handling bankruptcies, collateral protection insurance and the Asset Recovery Program.· Assist Executive Management with consumer product analysis, delinquency migration, and forward projection of potential losses.· Periodically review charge off and underwriting parameters. Discuss findings with the SVP of Consumer Lending and Executive Management.· Write, revise and assist with policies and procedures relating many areas of the bank.· Assist with compliance issues related to Lending.
