I'm proud to have been duly elected as Commissioner to represent the Blagden Alley, Naylor Court, and Shepherd Court neighborhoods in downtown Washington, D.C. The ANCs' main job is to be their neighborhood's official voice in advising the District government (and Federal agencies) on things that affect their neighborhoods. Although they are not required to follow the ANCs' advice, District agencies are required to give the ANCs' recommendations "great weight." Moreover, District law says that agencies cannot take any action that will significantly affect a neighborhood unless they give the affected ANCs 30 days advance notice. This includes zoning, streets, recreation, education, social services, sanitation, planning, safety, budget, and health services.ANCs may also initiate recommendations for improving city services, conduct neighborhood improvement programs, and monitor resident complaints The ANCs began operating in 1976.

I lead the business and revenue-generation strategy for products at stac labs. This includes building standardized, well-documented pipelines across marketing, sales, pricing, partner management, and investor relations. This includes innovating on new and existing programs with partners in the progressive ecosystem, tackling legal and compliance concerns, supporting customer success processes, and focusing on sustainable growth for stac's external initiatives, programs, and products.

I work with State Democratic Parties and campaigns to build innovative and effective programs using the best tools out there so we can support Democrats and win elections around the country.

I help progressive candidates and campaigns win up and down the ballot. Through Democratic State Parties, I connect with individuals, committees, organizers, and volunteers working to elect Democrats. With a focus on digital organizing, I work with parties and campaigns on website design and development, messaging and marketing, technology, and community outreach.

As President of the Kiwanis Club of Washington, D.C. I preside over the Executive Board and Board of Directors for the Club. Founded in 1917, the Kiwanis Club of Washington, D.C. has continuously served vulnerable youth through volunteering, community organizing, and philanthropy. Over 100 years old, our club is continuing to grow and deepend our roots within the community. As President, my work with our club is centered on membership growth and retention, partnerships, strategic planning, and most importantly - meeting youth and communities where they are so we can effectively serve those in need. Abolish Racism 2O2O joined the fight to dismantle systemic racism in America. We are fed up and it is time that institutions and people in positions of power are held accountable for the roles they play in the corrupt systems that our nation was founded on.In 2O2O alone, 12O Black men, women, and children were murdered by the police. Their loved ones never received justice for their murders. While the Black community comprises 13% of the total U.S. population, they are twice as likely as their white counterparts to be murdered by the police. they are twice as likely than their white counterparts to be murdered by the police. So many brave individuals and organizations have taken the fight to the streets. We’re taking the fight to the offices and spaces where power resides. Enough is enough.By raising our voices in unison, we can finally begin dismantling the racist institutions that enable killer cops to roam our streets. It won’t be easy. We won’t win our battle over night. That’s why we are assembling a community of fierce advocates that are ready to email, tweet, and call whomever necessary so that these murders and violence are brought to an end.

As Senior Client Services Manager, I provide full stack account management to tech co's largest clients including onboarding, implementation, product adoption, expansion, upsells, and license renewals.I operate as the trusted source of knowledge for customers through regular meetings, strategic training sessions, and solve complex user needs as a project manager across product, sales, and engineering teams. My client portfolio heavily relies on my experiences in the campaign, nonprofit, and volunteer management sectors after years of service to Michigan statewide electoral campaigns and managing dispersed volunteers at the local, state, and international levels.In addition to managing customers, I focus on developing sophisticated customer health metrics to better inform all teams at Crowdskout on healthy customer adoption and usage, as well as ways to continue advancing our product.

As a Customer Success Manager, I operate as the point of contact between Crowdskout’s customers and the product; including guiding new customers through the onboarding and adoption process. I build strong relationships with customers through tailored support, education of best practices in the technology and advocacy fields, and recognizing customer needs. This includes goal setting and recognition, success road-mapping, and responding to customer concerns.I work closely with our engineering team to provide customer feedback and relay the experiences and use cases of our users. We use Jira by Atlassian and Zendesk to triage customer requests and unexpected behavior on the platform.

As a receptionist, I scheduled clients for their preferred stylists while managing the requests of both stylists, management, and clients. In addition to maintaining bookings, I supplied operational support for general management of the salon in ensuring overall cleanliness of all facilities and equipment.As a social media specialist, I worked with designers to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to be executed on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. In this role, I increased Facebook engagement by more than 20% and added more than 100 followers to our Instagram account.

As Circle K International Vice President, I serve at the right hand of the International President. The Vice President's primary duty is to work with Circle K International's Committee systems which consists of members and chairs from around the world working to create social media campaigns, resources, translations, and engagement for our members worldwide. I directly oversee our Membership and Marketing, International Expansion, Service, CKIx Planning, Governing Documents, and Kiwanis Family International Committees.The Vice President also works to maintain accurate records for Circle K International. I serve as secretary of the Circle K International Board and of the Executive Committee. The Vice President publishes a weekly publication known as "The CKI Weekly" and publishes bi-monthly board books summarizing the work and accomplishments of the Circle K International Board.

As an Intern for HRC's Workplace Equality Program, I assisted in the distribution and implementation of the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). Through editing team materials, conducting organizational research on Fortune 500, 1000, and American Law 200 Companies, and educational support for Human Resources Professionals, HRC'S 2018 CEI garner the most participation to date.

As a fellow with the Michigan State AFL-CIO, I worked alongside the advocacy and legislation, field, and data directors. I assisted in weekly citizen lobby days where I helped train concerned citizens on effective lobbying tactics in the Michigan State Congress. I also helped execute the Michigan State AFL-CIO's Statewide Electoral Strategic Plan which included targeting individual district races, staffing zone offices, hosting training sessions, and managing a statewide event calendar for field operations.I used Labor Action Network (LAN) to help identify turf for canvassing and phone-banking.

As a finance intern for the Gretchen Driskell campaign, I worked primarily in donor research. Using NGP and public records, I identified potential significant campaign donors and created fact sheets for the fundraising team to utilize in donation requests. I also worked with the Political Action Committee Fundraising sector at identifying and researching PACs in the state of Michigan that were likely to contribute to the Driskell campaign.I also assisted in field operations with weekly canvassing shifts.
