I have a wide range of management skills currently a Project Manager, at Power Delivery Solutions. Over the last decade, I worked as a Project Manager and/or Construction Manager for several large Fiber Networks & Construction projects. As a Construction/Project Manager for OSPRE / CSX RR, I managed several fiber and pipe line projects throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, including a new Fiber Optic Network build from Buffalo NY through Virginia, to back-haul bandwidth for wireless providers such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile. Another large project was a Cost Savings project in Texas for Windstream, integrating their long haul circuits with Paetec's Long-haul Network throughout Texas, into Jackson Mississippi, and Little Rock Arkansas, essentially building a diverse ring around the state of Texas. The Windstream project consisted of 6 Segments in which I managed Permitting, Construction, Inspection’s, and ISP material for the individual Segments during the builds. Job functions and responsibilities for the above mentioned fiber projects:Route development, fielding and CAD, Make ready rides and tracking, Pole apps and tracking, Permitting ( Local, DOT, and private easements), RFP and Contractor selection process, Construction Progression Management, ISP/OSP Coordination at Cell towers, CO's AND Colo locations, Construction Inspection & Construction Clean up, Invoicing and total Project Tracking. My Enterprise & Carrier management experience spans Government, Defense, NYS Agencies, Healthcare, Insurance, Hotel/Motel, Utility Companies, Fiber Networks, and Financial Institutes.
