I am an experienced Supervisor at a top tier COMAH site therefore strict safe working procedures must be adhered to and monitored via a safe working procedure database. My main responsibilities include working within the high level engineering team to assist in breakdowns and the diagnosis of faults occurring during production operation. Continuous monitoring of the process’ ensures the plants are running at their optimum performance levels and is also essential in being proactive in identifying potential breakdowns and problem solving.Controlling access to Sub-Contractors and the issue of Site Permits, carrying out Safety Audits and dealing with any delays to ensure continuous operations. Preparation of reports for Production Management and liaising with HR/Management with any employee related records and issues. Also working closely with the Safety Department to ensure no accidents.
