Mr. Morey has 30 years of site planning and environmental consulting experience, on both public and private sector projects, providing expertise in environmental and land use regulatory permitting and project management. He has developed particular proficiency in coastal zone management.Mr. Morey has prepared and coordinated technical reports and permit applications for environmental and land use regulatory agencies on the federal, state, regional, county and local levels. These include the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Fish and Wildlife Service, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, New Jersey Pinelands Commission, and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Technical reports include Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), NJ Coastal Zone Management Rule Compliance Statements, a city-wide storm flooding engineering study, beach carrying capacity study, ESA Section 7 Formal Consultation Biological Assessment, and wetlands mitigation plans. Mr. Morey has significant field investigation experience including wetlands delineations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, and Delaware, wetlands mitigation site analyses, and beach and dune delineations. He has performed site evaluations for soils and hydrologic conditions, biotic community inventories, wildlife habitat assessments, and endangered/threatened species surveys.
