 Quality Control Inspector for the C‐27J, MH‐60M, MH‐47G, ROAE, and HH‐60G Programs. Enhanced leadership skills by volunteering to be LX02 Performance Management Team Lead. These teams are used for process optimization for both the team and Lockheed Martin. Provided technical advice and assistance for aircraft delivery and flight test to the proper stakeholders. Demonstrated adaptability during prototype modification of ROAE MH‐60L for SOF community. Coordinate with Engineers to design new systems or improve current systems. Lead the way with integrating new aircraft maintenance software program for production and quality. Interacted with SOF community daily during all deliveries. Improved in Microsoft office skills, excel flip charts and data analytics.  Involved in Special Projects
