Promoted to lead and build out Institutional Contracting analytics in the Pacific Northwest (newly acquired market)

Expanded analytics support for hospital and ancillary negotiations in California Market. Developed financial models to quantify impacts of contracts cumulatively valued >$1B. Established processes to streamline negotiation and progress tracking. HealthCare Partners acquired by Optum in June 2019.

Completed 1000 hours of administrative residency requirement. Provided analytical support to regional leadership, clinical operations and network contracting. Hired full time as a Senior Strategy Analyst after completing residency in May 2019.
