Started as an evening merchandiser, then progressing to the shop floor eventually running the seasonal department, designing seasonal plans and managing staff, in my last role I was promoted to a level 3 morning supervisor, being in charge of approximately 15 staff , planning stock deliveries and all merchandising across the store, also planning and inputting rotas up to six weeks in advance.
