Responsible for the operational running of the UK Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, fixed lines and calls for Norbert Dentressangle covering >100 sites and more recently for Transport Services in the UK covering >60 sites.Responsible for the vendor management of all communications service providers, monitoring service against SLA’s end ensuring that contractual agreements are fully applied in terms of service credits.Provided Major Incident Control support to the business on an on-call rota basis, acting as the single point of contact with the business in the event of a major service outage across the communications and application infrastructure including firewall, INTEL and AS400.From January 2013, I have taken on the role of Head of Infrastructure Solutions to oversee the whole infrastructure estate of the business.
