Responsible for leading the Air Defense and Airspace Management Cell of a deployed unit consisting of 2,600 personnel and 113 aircraft. Ensures proper utilization of assigned equipment to enhance effective use of assigned airspace to prevent fratricide, damage or destruction of equipment. Overall responsible for coordination between the unit and the higher headquarters for airspace management within Iraq. Additionally responsible to plan, coordinate, and execute future and current plans as a part of the unit Planning Team. Also serves as the Military Training Team Executive Officer for support and training of an Iraqi infantry unit to increase its air assault capabilities.

Serves as an assistant to the Fort Bliss Inspector General. Contributed to the supports of a population of over 125,000 personnel and serves as a member of the IG Assistance and Investigation team. Responsible for reviewing and processing a myriad of cases and investigates issues and inspects installation activities to determine root causes of problems. Makes recommendation for corrective actions to ensure compliance with command and higher headquarters regulations, policies, and guidance.

Responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of air defense operations for a unit of 2,400 personnel. plans and oversees all contingency operations for multinational exercise. Serves as a Battle Captain during tactical operations and is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting subordinate unit statuses and significant activities during air defense missions.

Responsible for the daily operational and administrative requirements for a unit of 135 personnel. Coordinates with the Brigade Staff to ensure timely processing all administrative actions and is additionally responsible for the health, welfare, morale, safety, and professional development of 135 Soldiers and their Families. Maintains five additional duties to include Unit Movement Officer, Training Management, and Weapon Storage.

Responsible for 18 Soldiers, their families and assigned equipment valued over $ 1 million. Develops, implements, and supervises all operations within a Battery Command Post. Additionally, responsible as a Tactical Control Officer for the fire direction, distribution, and control of a unit with over 50 assigned Soldiers to protect assigned assets from any identified aerial threat. Also maintained 6 additional duties including Environmental Conservation, Crime Prevention, and Physical Security.
