CurrentWorks with staff, board, and supporters to articulate philosophy, vision, purpose, and mission. Guides strategic planning and responsible for implementation of strategic goals. Provides management of the operation of the agency and administration of programs. Responsible for managing human resources of the agency. Provides direct supervision of direct staff where needed; responsible for supervision of directors. Gives guidance on client management as needed; meets with staff or clients as needed; gives clinical oversight as needed. Responsible for implementing policies and procedures. Participates in various aspects of quality; gives input and helps ensure quality at all levels of the organization. Helps formulate program operating budgets and agency operating budget. Responsible for government grants and planning processes. Works with development and fundraising activities for organization. Oversees planning for fundraising and helps raise funds through a variety of different methods. Works with Board of Trustees to ensure appropriate governance. Conducts staff meetings, in-services, and trainings.
