• Assisting HMRC to organise requests to move data• Assisting private businesses to have the ability to send their financial information to HMRC securely over the internet. • Keeping vital databases updated with relevant information• Running call campaigns to ensure contact information is up to date• Creating ad-hoc reports• Liasing with contacts within HMRC regarding information gathering.

• Using bespoke system to enter data to create CSV file to be broadcast by external company• Producing reports to send to external advertising agencies• Importing new material into the database system• Ensuring the database is kept up to date with old material being removed• Using FTP to transfer information• Assist Head of Scheduling with any additional duties.
