HGV 1 driving Articulated and drawbar vehicles. Delivery of product using a mobile crane (Hiab brick grab) Delivery/Collection of concrete products in a customer facing environment. First point of contact with all customers, resolve customer queries, advise customers with any delivery arrangements, product and ETA’s. Previously a driver at the Sandy depot, now at the St Ives depot. Experience and responsibilities included dealing with yard organisation, logistic planning of vehicle movements, personnel queries, Health and Safety, Working time Directive and driving duties including Tachograph infringements, the management of associated processes and liaison with senior management.
