About Steven R

I am 23 years old. I am an exercise science major attending GA State. Some of my short term goals is to obtain the title of "Master Trainer" under the National Academy Of Sports Medicine. I currently have my Personal Training Certification under their program. I also have Geniometric Assessment (pre-cursor to corrective exercise) Certification and I also have my Fitness Nutrition Certification. I currently work as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness. I also have my own freelance training business "Superfit". My dream is to continue my education and eventually obtain another bachelors degree in Nutrition and a Masters degree in Physical therapy. It would be ideal for me to gain some more experience in rehabilitation and athletic clinics so one day i can eventually open my own practice.
