Managed 4 sites on west coast. Resonsible for the day-to-day operations in the areas of receiving, stocking, case pick, quality, customer service, employee relations, payroll, P&L, interviewing, hiring, training, setting and maintain high level of production, safety, and equipment training.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations in a large box center. Duties included interviewing, hiring, training, facility layout, meeting all OSHA requirements for facility and equipment, pick-pack, outbound, customer service, and to maintain a clean and organized facility that is tour ready at all times. Employee realtions, payroll, P&L, and community involvement.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a new 850,000 square foot distribution center. Duties included inteviewing, hiring, training, facility start up, vendor relations, receiving, stocking, inventory control, case pick, loading outbound, customer relations, employee relations, facility layout, and maintained all OSHA logs required of equipment safety.

Opened a new 400,000 square foot distribution center for Lexmark. Responsible for entire facility layout, along with the day-to-day operations in all areas which included customer service, receiving, stocking, inventory control, equipment maintenance, facilty maintenance, meeting production standards, set up of 10 assembly line, returns department and rework areas, pick-pack, case pick, pallet pick, and outbound set up. Payroll, P&L, meeting all company policies and procedures. Interviewed hired and trained all new staff.Held pre employement orientations for all new employee.
