I am an experienced hospitality operations leader who began as a valet working for Marriott International in January 2005. Skilled in Property Management Systems, Pre-opening, and Guest Service Management. Strong sales professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Creative Writing from The University of Arizona.Since then, I have worked diligently to hone my skills, focusing specifically on the inner growth of individuals I worked with and over saw. During that mission, I have held many leadership roles within the hospitality and parking industry. I am passionate about development of others through proven hands-on training and a “leading the way” mentality. I take pride in leading struggling teams, to not only become better operators, but also become the best at what they do every day. My motivation is to help companies with their change management initiatives and educate leaders on the importance of building lasting relationships with their clients. I like to think creatively when consulting with companies to help them expand their visions of success, plan an interactive and engaging learning setting, so that their goals are not only met, but improved upon.
