I currently work in the internal communication team of Altea Engineering at Amadeus. This experience is part of the end of the year project for my MBA. My role includes the creation, management, strategy and execution of the comms plan for a department of close to 1800 employees. This includes management of websites, social platforms, production of events, defining and executing the elements of a content strategy and all communication led activities within the department. Each with he focus of helping the department be aligned to Amadeus, Travel Unit and Altea's strategic objectives.

As Creative Director, my main challenge was to help the company navigate a pandemic hit market. A mid-sized company like ours felt it very badly with many clients pulling the plug on services like SEO, ORM, and some parts of paid media. The office downsized by over 35% and half our clients in 6 odd months.With the company pivoting towards being almost a 100% creative strategy and operations based business, I worked on creating avenues for new business, pitching for new brands and managing a team of 20+ resources. It put me back in the shoes of being at a startup. We managed to sign 7 new brands after this phase and were back to almost the same number of clients and staff strength by time I decided to pursue my MBA.

Was hired to lead the Copy, Ideation and Strategy side of the creative team. Was managing the creative mandate of brands like Dolby India and South East Asia, Savlon, Engage, Vivel, Bingo! and Dark Fantasy across this role.When I first took the role, the company was a 50+ member mid-size agency that was growing fast. But 3 months into my role, we experienced the pandemic. And that played big part in time at WiseApe. It was a huge learning curve and put me in many uncomfortable leadership positions.

Took the role at Sterling as I wanted to work in a different setup from a large national agency. So we started with 3 employees (including myself) and our founder with 0 clients and a co-working space in Mumbai. We went on to work with brands like SuperCell, Tata motors, Tata Aeronautics, Kapiva and more through my time there. Scaling to over 16 employees and a vibrant creative agency.This startup experience gave me the chance to head creative operations as a core member of the leadership team. We launched Supercell's biggest games; Clash of Clans, Clash Royale and Brawl Stars to the Indian market. Worked on films, digital media strategy, community management and around the year creative campaigns. The role came with global exposure and gave me the chance to be part of creative production processes end-to-end.

Gurgaon, India

Stepped up from my position as a Senior Copy resource in Mumbai to a Group Head role at the Delhi office. Was heading creative operations on digital for the Coca-Cola group of brands: Coca Cola, Sprite, Smart Water, Thums Up, Maaza, and Limca.Was a key member of the team that launched summer campaigns across all the beverage brands mentioned earlier. Handled a team of 7, inclusive of Art and Copy resources. This was my first hands-on experience of creative management and direction. It saw me execute campaigns end to end, build experiences, create annual plans, upsell business and manage a team across all of it.

This was a transition into a large national digital media agency after a year and a half of real estate marketing. During my stint in Mumbai, my biggest projects were with Asian Paints, Castrol, Mahindra Auto, American Tourister, Bajaj Auto and Mahindra Tractors. Across my role as a senior copywriter, I worked on an array of activities that included comms planning, content production, digital videos, web and app content development, launch campaigns, social media plans, pitches, and more. After a year I also began moving into a creative strategy role. Was entrusted with a small team of 2 writers.

Worked with over 15 real estate brands across print, TV, digital, offline and radio. Here's where I began formally working as a writer. Was made in charge of a 4 member copy team by the end of my tenure. I was an integral part of property launches for brands under the Brick Eagle conglomerate - Sheltrex, Playtor and Olympia. We also worked on a project basis with brands like ARG - Jaipur, Disha Developers, Rustomjee and more.
