-Support the RGM by running great shifts and be able to execute all restaurant administrative duties-In the absence of the RGM, I provide the leadership necessary to ensure the restaurant can sustain an acceptable level of daily operations-Day-to-day operations and meet all Taco Bell standards-Ensuring shift managers are focusing on customer needs with the highest priority -Follow cash control & security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, grown sales and take appropriate action in these area’s when necessary-Have a strong working knowledge of administrative processes-Assist RGM in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring Team Members-Assist RGM with scheduling facility maintenance needs-Handle people issues as they occur when the RGM is out of the restaurant-Professionally interact with Human Resources, accounting & payroll departments-Assist the RGM to build a great team that consistently provides the customer with great food and a great experience
