I manage the daily food delivery from warehouse to restaurant. I maintain the warehouse in order with the right system to have everything in sight and prevent waste of food. Collaborate hand in hand with the owner to maximize proficiency and cut down wasted space and time so that all employees can perform at their highest level. I manage the warehouse inventory and buy anything that is low in stock and this helps the restaurant run smoothly. I walk around the restaurant daily checking for anything that needs repair and/or maintenance.

I make sure everyone is doing what is needed to be done in a timely manner and the correct way. I know how to paint, install drywall, carpentry, pressure clean, install wood and tile floors, and minor in electrical work and plumbing.
