Manage a project management team for the Technical Services organization. -Budget management. -New programs WP9 leadership. -Fleet Operators action review and governance. -Technical services process documentation. -Lead in-service technical governance. -Provide support to external and internal customers.Manage the service bulletin team and our 3rd party supplier. -Ensure Service Bulletin quality and timely release. -Provide visibility on status and challenges to all stakeholders.Participate in an Integrated Work Team (IWT), involving the Program Office, Service Provider Management Team (GFES), Supplier Management, Engineering Integrators and Project Engineering.Support customer’s conferences as well as the activity of preparing presentations for these external events such as the Advisory Council Maintenance & Operation Seminars etc.

• Focal for the clients, Director of maintenance and Services Centers• Offer affordable business plan and ensure the lowest operational cost• Coordinate return to service of aircraft

• Provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary department• Ensure customer retention and engagement • Elaborate and coordinate international on-site support • Architect and implement strategic approach to lower operation cost with customers• Coordinate and Chairman for the CRJ Structures Steering Committee meetings (international event)• Spokesman for Bombardier Aerospace at multiple international eventsSpecial project:• Successful implementation of the CARE program (on-site major modification program) in Jinan, China, Bridgeport, WV, USA, Tucson, USA, Koln, Germany• Elaboration and implementation of the Repair commitment process and Service Level Agreements (CRJ and C series SLA process)

• Provide Technical support and Training a 40 + sheet metal workers department • Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining the highest level of quality• In constant interaction with different groups-support: Method, Program, Engineering and many othersSpecial projects: • Work package transfer to Shorts Brothers( FWD fuse assembly), North Ireland (five months assignment). • Lead hand for group of 52 sheet metal workers called the “Special Tactical Team” for major rework and repairs (Replacement of major components and implementation of production Modification) • Lead hand of special team composed of 47 sheet metal and quality agent called “Back to Schedule Program” with Shorts Brothers (sub-division of Bombardier Aerospace in Northern Ireland)
