Position PurposeThe role is to generate strategic support, providing insights and recommendations and ensure the correct completion of the day to day operations in the buying team.Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities• Ensure all aspects of the media buying duties related with implementation of specific campaigns are completed successfully, working together with media supervisors and assistant media managers.• Participate and present ideas in brainstorming sessions.• Provide periodically insights, recommendations and trends related to the performance of specific campaigns and strategic topics, based on data gotten from media advertising platforms.• Generate reports related to the performance of specific media campaigns.• Attend internal and external meetings and presentations related to the operations, strategy and perform of a specific account.Nature and ScopeWork closely with Media Supervisors and Assistant Media Managers in maintaining the compliance of all media buying duties and provide support in departmental functions as needed.Preferred Qualifications• Proficiency in Media Advertising Platforms as Facebook Business Manager• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel and Power PointKnowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies• Ability to communicate and interact professionally• Detail orientated and organized• Competency in mathematical concepts• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment• Demonstrate proactive ability to help other group members outside of immediate team • Ability to write clearly and concisely

- Responsible to implement different social media paid campaigns. - Generate and analyze performance reports of specific campaigns.- Assist media manager in all aspects of the media buying duties.

Provide commercial and strategic support in digital marketing topics in order to grant effective advice to Guía Académica users, interested in university studies, so that they find the most suitable program according to their profile.

Verification and control of sales supports carried out by the sales channels (intermediary companies between EL TIEMPO and customers that belong to specific segments of the market.), - Participation in the billing process of credit subscriptions with the use of SAP software (I managed to lift this process and reduce the time of its execution by half). - Generation of sales reports, through SAP software.
