-Serves as Emergency Response team member and Go-Team lead during Commercial Space launch operations.-Builds and maintains excellent working relationships across the organization as well as with multiple outside safety organizations and OSHA certified respirator fit testers. -Sustains six (6) different departments and 286 employees with on-site compliance inspections, Safety management audits, and safety training in order to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance with OSHA and FAA standards.

- Assists/supports accident investigations;-- Constructs accidents timelines and recommends probably causes;-- Conducts research involving testing and/or simulation activities; and-- Conducts/supports verification, analysis and evaluation of accident data.

Researched worldwide aviation accidents over the past 40 years to help determine the effect of language as a human factor (LHUFT) in those accidents. Provided technical knowledge to professor in charge of research and helped determine if language played a significant role alongside a panel of experts.
