CurrentPM on new nurse call replacement for our healthcare center. Replaced a 16 year old nurse call with a new system that leverages RF/WIFI technology. New system provides overall enhancements, gives granular reporting and projects a modernized appearancePM for the implementation of our campus WIFI network. Created the RFP, pricing, wiring, vendor/product choice and maintaining deadlines to keep project moving forward to completion. Project will enable employees to perform day to day EMR healthcare charting throughout the campus which previously did not exist.PM on E-Call system for Moravian's entire campus, this system provides residents with security for emergency health monitoring, enables residents to maintain a peace of mind, independent life-style. This implementation utilized RF/WIFI technology putting Moravian Village on the cutting edge providing residents with a premier health safety option.PM in replacing Moravian's Healthcare Center security camera system. Controlled costs in converting cameras from analog to IP, including camera placement and the option to expand the recording storage capacity and increase the amount of playbackPM for food management system, drove the selection process for our dining/meal software. Chose CBORD as our new hosted dining software that is utilized in Moravian Village's skilled and independent facility to perform in-room ordering, in addition the application is utilized in a new 4 million dollar kitchen and bistro expansion project. .PM on the upgrade of Moravian Village's infrastructure, included upgrading to managed switches and converting to fiber through entire facility. PM on replacing access door system for Moravian Village, new system has the ability to integrate with our security cameras, also assumed the position of System Admin for the door system.PM for phone transition from digital to VoIP involved RFP, pricing, logistics and timeline to transition a 14 year old digital system to new VoIP
