Working as a large team to provide IT support to a wide range of students at the university. The support ranges from simple printing and IT advice to hand on experience helping students with problems with their computing devices.

Working with in the IT Security team to secure IT assets and information belonging to GE Healthcare. I developed an innovative technique for visualizing IT Security defects on a site level globally which increased visibility and helped to drive down defect rates. I have also worked on accelerating GE Healthcare's integrations process by developing standard tools and templates as well as updating the main IT Security questionaire to include industry standard controls from ISO27001.

Working as part of a large team providing desktop support for the students of the University of Portsmouth. It involved general troubleshooting skills to do with software and hardware. I worked on University owned assets as well as assets belonging to students at the university. General responsibilities included: Assisting students with software and hardware, resolving issues with university provided services such as account passwords, printing and wireless. I also worked during the 24 hour opening of the library open access IT areas.
