I Chair a Vistage CEO Peer Advisory Group in Dublin. My group meets once a month for members to obtain unbiased agenda free advice and input on issues and opportunities facing their business, to share experiences, new ideas and best practice, and to get personal value and enjoyment. This forum provides a confidential trusted space, with like-minded, ambitious and successful business leaders, to each engage, be challenged and held accountable by the group on implementation of decisions. Members benefit from regular workshops, run by world class speakers, who attend most meetings to present on hot topics of concern to the group. Members also meet with me every month for a confidential one-to-one coaching session where we identify key opportunities and issues and develop strategies for moving forward.I retired from KPMG after 32 years in April 2019. I had established the business valuation group in KPMG Corporate Finance in Dublin and performed 100s of business valuations for tax, transaction, strategic planning and shareholder dispute purposes across a broad range of industries and business sizes. I also advised on several M&A transactions. I continue to provide business valuation and transaction advisory services on an independent contract basis. I love helping business leaders develop their skills, make better decisions and perform better than they otherwise might have.
