As an assistant manager I drive sales on the sales floor by communicating with my staff to ensure that we provide the best customer service possible. Every week I pair up with my management team and make a plan for our store to make and surpass every goal set for us. I also coach and develope sales associates to help them further their selling skills as well as help them become generally well rounded individuals in the retail industry. My thoughts are in the store and on the sales floor. I take my job very seriously and with great pride. I will gladly give a pat on the back for a job well done and I will definitely recognize when someone has accomplished a noteable goal.
