I oversee the maintenance of training records and the scheduling of training for applicable employees based on OSHA and customer specific regulations. Additionally, I evaluate working practices within my facility to be improve working conditions to ensure the team is working as safely as possible and that each team member has the required training they need to perform their task.

Worked with project management to perform various calculations for bearing life, structural analysis, fluid flow, heat transfer, etc. I also was responsible for creating and revising 2D and 3D models/drawings utilizing AutoCAD and SolidWorks while maintaining accurate document/revision control within each of the projects I was tasked with (15-20 a month). Performed work scope analysis/generation for the repair plan of rotating equipment and presenting it to the estimator for quoting.
