Steven Voss sold his planning and design company of 25 years in 2018. His non-compete expired this year.Steven Voss has successfully presented numerous planning, zoning and design projects before councils, commissions and boards in Scottsdale, Maricopa County and throughout the Phoneix metropolitan area. He has served as a planning and design review member on The Boulders Design Review Committee and the Mayo Clinic Hospital Campus Design Review Board. On behalf of ASLA, Steven served two years on the Maricopa Association of Governments Desert Spaces subcommittee for creating Environmentally Sensitive Development Areas Policies and Guidelines.Actively involved within the City of Scottsdale, Steven Voss assisted on the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Ordinance Task Force, the Parks Master Plan Task Force and the Shea Corridor Citizens' Advisory Committee. He is a former member of the Board of the McDowell Sonoran Land Trust, the Dynamite Road Corridor Study Group, Los Arcos Redevelopment Committee, and the City Council Budget Review Committee. He is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 10As a gubernatorial appointed member and chairman, Steven Voss served six years on the Arizona State Land Department Board of Appeals.
